6 Things You Should Be Doing At The Start Of The Month For Prosperity And Abundance
Each month is a representation of renewal, opportunity , new beginnings — a clean slate if you will. This is the perfect time for abundance and prosperity workings in your craft. Here’s a list of things that I do the first of every month: Keep in mind while performing each step, put your intention into work so that you get the outcome you’re looking for!
Clean And Declutter Your Space!
This is first on the list for a reason, it’s the most important step. Make sure you’re cleaning from the back of the home towards the front door. Clean all 4 corners of each room. Not forgetting behind furniture and even wiping down your windowsills. Removing any stagnant energy and clutter along the way. Ammonia, and Pine-sol are my secret weapons! They act as a clearing and cleansing agent.
Wash All Dirty Laundry!
Dirty clothes is the main reason your finances may be low.
Clean And Refresh Altar Spaces
Energy follows the path of least resistance. Our loved ones and friendly spirits can communicate better when their designated space is being given some regular attention.
You’re Smokin’ Baby!
Using herb bundles, resin, or incense to smoke out your space is a tried and true (and very popular) way to vortex the stale energy of a space and usher it out. Make sure all windows are open during your ritual!!
Floor Wash (or Sweep)!
Mopping your floors will help reset the energy of the traffic in your home. Again, you’re working from the back to the front of the space
Mo’Money, Mo’Money, Mo’Money!
Blowing Cinnamon powder into the home has become very popular on social media during the pandemic. While valid, if not done correctly it may not get the results you’re looking for.
The solution? Bay leaf and cinnamon sticks!
Place 3 cinnamon sticks above the threshold of your front door. This will make sure that abundance will continually enter your home without strain.
Take a Bay leaf and write on the herb (with intention) what you’re asking for. This particular ritual you NEED to be specific with your request! You can also use symbols or sigils in your request. Then burn it along with a cinnamon stick. Please make sure to use proper fire safety and tools during this ritual.
